No. The gel used is non-toxic and BPA-free certified. It is harmless to animals even with direct contact.

How do I care for the mat?
The mat is machine washable at 30°C. Let it air dry.

How do I use the vest?
1. Wet the vest under cold water. 2. Wring out excess water. 3. Dress your pet. The vest maintains coolness by evaporation for 1 to 2 hours.

How do I choose the right size?
Measure your pet's chest circumference. Refer to the size guide on the product page. If in doubt, take the next size up.

🎒 The Portable Water Bottle

What is the capacity of the water bottle?
The water bottle has a capacity of 350ml of water. The kibble compartment can hold approximately 100g of dry food.

Is the water bottle leak-proof?
Yes, the closing system is airtight. You can carry it in a bag without risk of leakage.
